We conduct standardized assessments to gather data to evaluate a candidate’s ability to fit the available position due to unique skillsets coupled with experience as well as personality traits during the hiring process. Psychometric tests

Structured Interviews 

We assess a candidate by setting questions in a standardized order then collect his/her responses and grade one against a scoring system. We ask the same questions in the same order to all candidates applying for the same position which helps us collect similar types of information delivered in a uniform context from the candidates. This can be done both online and offline depending on our clients’ preferences.
